As directed by the 5 year old…”yellow curtains please!”

Turns out she was spot on! Yellow is exactly the right colour to enhance the wallcovering.



Now onto the finishing touches. I am never one to leave a plain edge! Here is a beautiful scalloped edge felt trim in vibrant, summery colours with a white bracing stitch following the scallop. I’m doubling it up, why not - 2 colours. We’ll use these trims on the leading edges to the curtains.

I love to add detail and it’s never more fun than children’s curtains.
